Hello dears, I want to work in task 2, and I suggest to create a google text file to collect the required information. So, there is anyone get worked on that in another way?, or can I to get working immediately

Hi @Rubadel there's no specific person assigned to a task, everyone is working on all tasks. So you can start working on it and submit a PR when you are done.
