Temperature conversion from deg. F to deg. C is not done properly #76

Have this been fixed or is the issue expected to appear again? @nmGit I have modified the way some numbers are displayed in the GUI as well as the calibration for PT1000s. You probably shoudn't do anything here. Please focus on the plotting and proper saving of the data into the dataChest when you work on this again.

I have not yet determined the cause of the error, unless the hot and cold water get switched again it will be difficult to troubleshoot. That being said, the out of range error will be triggered either way and people will be alerted if the temperature goes out of range regardless.

You can test this by applying the heat to the thermometer, squeezing it between your fingers, and submerging it into a cap with iced water.
