Issue description: Modular Storage "Compact Equal Stacks" button voids ALL inventory in a Tier Storage Module while unlocked.

Steps to reproduce: Unlock a modular storage with a storage module (tier 2 was for the occurrence above) with inventory inside of it, click the "z" button (compact equal stacks). It will report "0/200" (or whatever for the tier) on the GUI. Locking the modular storage will not restore the inventory.

IF this is meant to be a "Feature",... it should really give a warning.
