Adding RFtools Dimensions to modpack ATM 8 and attempting to build an empty dimension crashes server #2192

Issue description: Building an empty dimension in 1.19.2 in the modpack AMT 8 crashes the server. After server start, unable to access dimension as it does not show up on the dialer.

Steps to reproduce: Add RFTools Dimensions to the ATM 8 modpack and attempt to build an empty dimension.

Versions:

Minecraft: 1.19.2
Forge: 43.2.14
McJtyLib: Unsure
RFTools: 4.1.7
RFTools Dimensions: 9.1.7

Upon investigation, issue is not present in RFTools Dimensions version 9.1.7
