Matter Transmitter issue. #2194

Issue description: Dialing out multiple matter transmitters to multiple recievers makes them all go to the last dialled reciever. Steps to reproduce: 1: set up several transmitters, name them to differentiate them. 2: set up multiple recievers, also named. 3: use a dialer to dial each transmitter to a different transmitter using the same dialer.

hmm no. Can't reproduce this. Here is my setup:

I dialed each transmitter to its own receiver and it worked fine.
