Unable to open a new window #15

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Navigate to "http://www.programeter.com/news/programeter-scores-second-
at"
2. Click the "Feedback" icon on the side of the window

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A new window should appear, it doesn't.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.9.1.0 Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise Edition SP2

Please provide any additional information below.

It seems there have to be only one control within one single process. 
multiple threaded controls were not supported.
