I think this can't really properly be tested until #53 is merged. Then I can rebase this on master and test multiple entities more thoroughly.

Tested t1.get(...) for multiple entities and also tested iterating through resulting generator and calling entity.remove() on each entity... didn't write tests though / just did this in interpreter. Also added "operator" to _pull.
