Admin notices manager is a WordPress plugin that allows you to better manage the admin notices in the WordPress dashboard so you read them at your own convenience and never miss an important message.
We had a user who reported that some error notices do not offer the ability to be "hidden forever"
We can easily reproduce such a notice by installing a premium plugin without a license, which usually notifies the user that the plugin needs activation. For this case, we can use Elementor Pro:

Right now it seems, we don't add a hide link to notices which are (system) errors by design it seems.
It was just one user reporting such a use case, and even though it does not seem a good idea for users to hide these forever, adding this ticket for reference.
