Bump v2.0.1 #204

Wait for #200 and #201 before merging.

Makes it so that you can use the ev3sim installer to update an existing install now - your workspace and any other settings will be preserved.

@glipR everything looks good to me, although my pip environments are not working on either PC so can't test thoroughly.
