Add Zhora OPN to bffamily #219

Add Zhora as a new family type because of its unique OPN and configuration.

For any of the drivers or tools at the OS level, such as IPMB, do we need to differentiate between Zhora and RoyB? If not, this patch is fine. Maybe confirm with Asmaa before merging?

@shravankumarr we decided to add a new entry for Zhora
