Snyk Bot account creation for Github #1

just to keep track on creation of a snyk bot account GH integration

it will make the most sense to make a new GitHub account and name it like "snyky-bot", (so it will be a user, but acting as a bot)

after created, give it write access to each of the repos, then we will need to import the personal access token over the snyk

token:

user > settings > developer settings > tokens > generate new token > classic
