I hate how it shows the mountain of commits I've made to my fork because I made the pull request branch off of the fork branch itself.
I'll actually reopen this pull request so that the branch is off of the upstream instead of my fork
Moving SF2_ChaserEntity(actor.index).GroundSpeedOverride out of the playsequenceandwait script and into to deathcam script. This should make it depend more on the state of the deathcam action itself instead of the state of its sequence/animation.
