Apologies for the quick pull request, but I needed to put out a fix to the change that was just implemented. Pretty hilarious bug having all sniper rifles have Machina penetration but not intended. I've put out a patch that properly fixes this and accounts for the Machina/Shooting Star accordingly.

Whats funny is I never noticed this bug existed, and nobody even told me about it until you came back and just made a fix for Modified itself. Appreciate the fix that went under my radar.
