Bug for new mail indicator from merathilis on minimap

What is the issue you are having?

In the new wow update, merathilis have an error with modules\Maps\General\Blinking Minimap option.

What is the expected behavior?

I should see blinking minimap effect

What actually happened?

I don't see the blinking minimap effect
