Crash when selecting the thumbnail folder #70

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. select 2 clips to introduce transition in between
2. press the button add rendered transition
3. press the drop down selector for the directory
4. Select a directory = > crash

What is the expected output?
  To select a directory

What do you see instead?
   Nothing, the program is gone. Crash

What version of the product are you using? 
0.12 

On what operating system?
Linux. OpenSuse 13.1

A folder is now automatically created for rendered clips.
