Feed price feed and naming service through lightwalletd server #71

Would be very interesting if lightwalletd server itself could feed ARRR price data and answer queries for VerusID or ENS name lookups.

To do that will has to make changes to lightwalletd's golang code. Will explore it sometime in future.
