Feat/brand colors figma variables

Description

Update to start using figma color variables for brandColor, lightTheme, and darkTheme. This involves a new json architect from Figma.

This update does include some breaking changes

Network Colors Removed

Colors previously noted as Deprecated have officially been removed

Changes to some color shades (detailed notes will be found in migration doc)
