[Bug]: User Unable to Add/Save Contact via Settings #11450

Describe the bug

Users are unable to add or save a contact via the Settings page.

Expected behavior

After filling out the contact details (name and public address/ENS), the "Add Contact" button should become active and clickable, allowing the user to successfully save the contact.

Steps to reproduce

1.Navigate to Settings. 2.Select Contacts. 3.Enter the contact name. 4.Add or scan a public address or ENS.
