Current behavior

A user reported that the password reset flow is not working.

I believe that something similar may have happened for users of another subdomain (as described here). I'm not sure if this is limited to one or multiple subdomains, or the platform more generally.

I think the subdomain issue might be separate as it's hosted on the still-running old platform.

Still, worth keeping track of. Probably low priority unless it happens for another user.
