Fixed all TestCases #1319

We are creating this task on the basis of our last meet. This is basically to fix all test case written. We will remove Ignore annotation from the test files and cases and will follow Stepwise annotation to complete the task. For now, we will leave that cases who don't have Stepwise.

We will create issue-1319 and start fixing the test case. Requesting @johncross @sdelamo @davidmilward to add Steps in the TestFile.
