Updates to analytics reporting #1043

We'd like the following changes to tag analytics reports:

File naming convention to start with the date in this format - YYYY-MM-DD
Reports run on the first of every month. This seems to be what was established in #812, but it now looks like reports are running quarterly.

Dec 8 update: PR for the file name fix is currently under review at #1048. I'm currently taking a look at this job's scheduling to see why we're not uploading analytics files as expected.

@antidipyramid is this issue still in progress? The latest report I'm seeing are from 10-31-2023. We'd like to prioritize this fix.

Hi @shrayshray -- we just uploaded a new analytics report for this month. We'll keep an eye on this issue to make sure it uploads on schedule on the first of February.

We should make sure that the year comes first in the file name.
