The PR propose

to change the name to CART_FW.xml to CART_FW_JP.xml to show there japanese contents in this extension pack
Add MegaFalshRom contents missing in previous CART_FW.xml

I tested all cases and the pack produced works correctly

The sections below are no longer needed. They should be removed. It is a remnant that I forgot to remove.
