I can get this working perfectly on Kega Fusion.

I believe there is protection chip in cart as usual for bootlegged game. Implementing such protection chip per game is not efficient and makes core too complex to compile. I suggest to look for a patched version.

Protection chip, oh the irony 😹 I'll see if I can find a patched version then that can work on a ROM cart.. In theory, if it can work on a ROM cart, it should work on MiSTer.
