How to merge audio and video?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.record a video by FFmpegFrameRecorder
2.record a audio save to mp3
3.how to merge?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
how to merge?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Galaxy nexus android 4.0.4

I know that ffmpeg can do this,is there a java interface?

Sure we can do it, somehow... If you or someone else want to work on the 
required enhancements to FFmpegFrameRecorder, please let me know! I know 
zhangqianliang has been working on something as per his comments in issue 160, 
you could ask him what he has done.
