Can you verify that the issue remains when other plugins are deactivated?

If so, another possibility is that your web host is blocking the AJAX query for
the info window contents because it triggers some kind of security filter. They
should be able to tell you if you give them a URL that is returning a 403.

Thank you for your quick answer. I tried to deactivate every other plugins but
the problem remains.
I did not have any problem before I last updated geo-mashup. Did the last
update change something regarding the type of queries sent to my web host?
Best regards,
Alex

I don't think that query changed at all - if you reinstall version 1.4.7 does
the problem remain?

I downgraded to 1.4.7 and the problem remains... I just contacted my web host
to ask for an investigation on the server side.
I will keep you in touch.
Thank you for your time.

If anyone can get their ISP to provide details about why the the Geo Mashup map
URLs trigger security filters, maybe I could figure out a better format to
use...
