UTF-8 queries are not properly geocoded #590

Reported via email, verified in Geo Mashup 1.5-dev which has few changes to
geocoding from 1.4.9:

In geo-mashup-geocoders.php it is utf-8 encoding that messed up special
characters if the request is already in UTF-8.
So for example searching for Alcântara, Lisboa returns centre of Lisbon… But
if this encoding is removed the return is exact location.
Maybe it should have some additional check before encoding (if it's still
necessary).
Maybe it will help you to improve your great plugin.

I think this is fixed in r1120 and will be included in the next release. Thanks
for the report!
