Global map fails with unicode titles? #595

Why don't all the posts load on this map:

Gary, can you try two things for me? First, disable W3TC and verify that you 
still have the issue. If so, add this line to your wp-config.php file and let 
me know when done:

define( 'SCRIPT_DEBUG', true );

that should help me figure out what's going on.

@Dylan, I've disabled W3TC but problem persists. I've added 'define( 
'SCRIPT_DEBUG', true );' to wp-config.

I'd appreciate any help BUT I'm fully aware that this is not a problem with 
your code but rather with something on my Website (I'm using your Plugin on 
another Site with no problems at all http://dictatordiaries.com hence it's 
something on http://everyaustralia.com causing problems and not your Plugin).

Thanks Gary. Strange that a completely different problem seemed to surface with 
SCRIPT_DEBUG on. I'm still not convinced I don't have a bug somewhere - if you 
ever want to put up (or send me) a debug copy of everyaustralia.com I'll see if 
I can pin it down.

I am having the same issue as well on my site, http://lushflush.com. My last 
post did not generate a pin. Is there a limit? I think I've done' 20 blogs so 
far.

 @ilyaking - I don't think you have this issue. Did you notice the 404 you're getting on that page trying to load this image?

I think you're just missing an icon for multiple posts at the same location.
