Database Construction #6

Started the creation of tables present in our databases. Includes tables for Hardware, Suppliers, Users, Threads, Comments for those threads, and a avoidList.

Still need to figure out how to connect this database to the main application, hoping to collaborate with @DD155 in figuring that out.
