Pipeline is kicking off never-ending failed workflows

I went through these steps yesterday, at which when trying to modify the pipeline for Step 6, I receive an error stating that the task in unsupported - which I reported yesterday.

However, it appears there is some sort of workflow being kicked off in my GitHub Repo, which seems to keep kicking off failed runs over and over again, infinitely. I have received over 1200 emails in the last 16 hours for failed runs. However, when I look at my workflows, there is nothing running.

This is completely broken, and it has completely wiped out all of my GitHub workflow usage.

Please remove or update / fix this page so it does not do this to others.

Also, a solution for my issue would be appreciated.
