Add FAQ: How to calculate secure score at resource group level?

[Enter feedback here] This is one of the FAQ we come across from customers. "How to calculate secure score at resource group level?"

But our document failed to make customers understand "Secure Score is calculated per subscription. There is no Secure Score per resource group."

They may create their own logic to get custom scoring per resource group.

Can we please add this FAQ to our Docs.
