Clarify how Web push notifications work with 'Direct Batch Send' for Notification Hubs

It seems like Direct Batch Send (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/notificationhubs/direct-batch-send) is not yet supported or works in a 'suprising' way for Web push notifications.

As with other methods of sending notification under https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/notification-hubs/browser-push#send-push-notifications , I would expect either a note that batch send does not work yet, or an example of how multiple device handles should be provided.
