Suggestion: Add information to the Permissions for tracking section #119301

We should add the following information: "The same principal that starts the operations is the one that should be used to track the operation status."

Why I am suggesting this: There was an ICM recently with a customer that they were using different multiple SPs to perform the requests, and they often had different SPs running the operation status and they were getting the error:

"Only the original caller of an asynchronous operation is allowed to retrieve the results. The content hash provided in the query params of the request uri does not match the expected hash"

@tfitzmac, the ICM (463576982) in question is still active. Once the finalized behavior is rolled out, I think the doc should be updated with this information. Please do share your thoughts regarding it.
