Please add support for MacOS and Linux, so that for example CI services based on Linux can emulate CosmosDB

Thanks for the feedback. Please take a look at the Cosmos DB User Voice as there is a long standing request for Add DocumentDB Emulator support for Mac OS X and *nix. Please up vote and provide additional feedback in support of this.

@David-Noble-at-work @rimman This seems to be a popular request. There are currently 756 votes out on the Cosmos DB User Voice.
