@ValinKastel Hi - to answer your question about anti-malware, this is the answer I received from the PM:
ASC can only install an A/M solution in an Azure environment, and only SCEP for Old Windows server versions. Other than that, ASC can discover when some other 3rd party solutions are installed, avoid recommending a solution when one of those is detected, and surface up their health issues.
Please refer to the documenation article on the supported versions and scenarios that is available here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-gb/azure/security-center/security-center-os-coverage#supported-endpoint-protection-solutions
@ValinKastel AS for the old images, this topic is in the "Archive" section, and very shortly going to be deleted. We are in the process of rewriting and reoganizing the entire Recommendations section. Hopefully it will go live in the next couple of months.
Thanks for your feedback.
I think @monhaber has answered all the points raised. Thanks for your feedback. Feel free to be in touch if there are any other aspects of the documentation you want us to review.
Under the title Install anti-malware on non-Azure computer it describes how to navigate to the workspace but there is no instructions on how to actually install/deploy the anti-malware on a non-Azure computer.
Additionally the recommendation area is now called "Install endpoint protection solution on your machines" Azure and non-Azure machines are now grouped under this section, "Endpoint Protection Issues" no longer appears as the screenshots implies.
