update Azure Reservation VM instance size spreadsheet #93579

can you please update the spreadsheet reference in the doc (https://isfratio.blob.core.windows.net/isfratio/ISFRatio.csv) and add info for the new SKU?

SKUs I want to have support for are:

@bandersmsft ok, but how will I track it now? how will I know if this is done, how will I be notified about it? Is there any way I can track it or who should I ping about it?

@ksysiekj As as Azure customer, you can create a support request in the Azure portal.
