Unrelated commands in Install Block/Connection suggestions #94558

The "export" commands in block (1) of the storage connection instructions are relevant to block (2) and should be moved.

Additionally, SAS tokens should not be exported as environment variables. Please update documentation to use a more secure method such as config file, or reference blobfuse authentication options in the docs: https://github.com/Azure/azure-storage-fuse#valid-authentication-setups

This still needs to be fixed. This is a security risk.
