Started looking for something called comments section and finally saw the send feed back icon. Also the correct url is https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/welcome-to-docs then scroll down the page to Hands on Labs and you end up on a page that says: Oops, it looks like you do not have permissions. I just discovered that if you click the back arrow in the browser and then click on "Hands on Labs" again then it will work. Click the link https://www.microsoft.com/handsonlabs/selfpacedlabs. Scroll down the page to Azure Portal and Navigation SP-AZ100000 and click the Launch button. You get redirected to the new Microsoft Learns site: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/azure/, but there is no Azure Portal and Navigation SP-AZ100000 course to be found.
The Feed back icon it seems is for Edge and not the web site. There is no comments section that I could find.
@leboykin Self-Paced Hands-On Labs were retired.

Link to article: Go to docs.microsoft.com > Hands on Labs and you get Oops, it looks like you do not have permissions. But if you click on the link on the top of the page "Self-paced Labs" you get to https://www.microsoft.com/handsonlabs/selfpacedlabs. From there I select the lab "Azure Portal and Navigation SP-AZ100000". Problem: I click on the "Launch" button and I end up on this page "https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/azure/". There is no lab to be found. It's like bait and switch because the next page is a bunch of different Learning Paths....etc.
