MSIX Packaging Environment is a "Windows 10 Enterprise Evaluation" with "Windows License is expired" on clean install on new Hyper-V.
Settings -> Activation Says "We can't activate Windows on this device right now. blah blah blah Error code:0xC004C032"
Troubleshoot says "We can't reach a critical windows service. blah blah blah Error code: 0x80070422"
Internet is connected and works fine.
