Given the offline package may need to be downloaded automatically, eg for use in an Azure Virtual Desktop App Attach scenario
The url the button points to contains a GUID which I would anticipate to change.
The only other place the package is available is through the store, and given the store doesn't off a download link, this makes the automation of the update of the MSIX Packager Tool very difficult for an IT Pro.
A Vanity url which always contains the latest version would work, as would uploading the latest update to the winget repo as well as the store.
It may be that there is a github repo or other location where I can get the latest compiled release programmatically, but I can't find it.
