Steps to reproduce
New Microsoft Teams Issues - TrackingID#2404050040011336. We are seeing an issue with new teams and what seems to be related to Windows 10 N.
Expected behavior
Webcam should work.
Actual behavior
Webcam does not work in new teams. It doesnt work when seeing shared content in a teams call either.
