I can't get into my micro soft account word documents from my emails? It asking me to log in then comes up with a dumb area I have changed the password several times and logged in and out over and over I don't know wat to do it just ust yo read them ?? Can you help me please Kindly Kathy

So dose anyone know wat the issue is or can I just not use word on my phone and iam going round in circles with questions not getting answered by several different people sorry to say 🤔😲🤪😫
