Customer Service Hub is not working anymore #91

Description of issue:

The lab instructions are outdated and require updating. Many resources that were previously created in the Customer Service Hub are now managed in the Customer Service Admin Center, making the current instructions unusable.

Please update all lab instructions to reflect these changes and ensure they align with the current interface and workflows.
