[Feature request] BuildQualityChecks to support answer file for warningExclusions #242

Currently the task supports to parameters:

The latter is not an answer file but a mechanism to exclude certain files.

Ask: in order to keep consistency across multiple pipelines in a repo, please add a config key which would point to a file which then would act the same way as warningExclusions.
