Port to Opera?? #83

Just wondering if you could port this to Opera?? Opera seems to be a great browser and I love your Add-on for Firefox.

Addon is written to be cross platform and it propably would work with some quirks. There's a Chrome fork which propably can be installed in Opera.

My bigest concern is uncertainty with the manifest v3 that would pretty much prevent the addon working the way it currently works.
