Replicated code in buildForm #11

Hi there,

Thanks for building an awesome extension. While poking around to figure something out I noticed that you have a duplicate set of calls in memberonlyevent_civicrm_buildForm

Specifically, you are grabbing the Member Only settings twice it seems. Pretty easy fix but I thought I would point it out.
