Update DMX and for new layout and add OSC support #9

Includes toggles for enabling/disabling both DMX and OSC along with a textbox for entering a custom OSC target socket address.

@JoshuaBatty I couldn't check your OF code while i was on the plane as I had no net, so there will likely be a couple changes necessary in both dmx and osc. I'll try to get a chance to hack on it at some point but I'm not gonna have a chance to in the next couple days. If you wanna have a look at the sending code and fix it up it's towards the end of the fn update - should be very close already at least :+1:
