3.6.4 is missing at crate #103

Hi, https://crates.io/crates/prometheus_wireguard_exporter doesn't list the 3.6.4 release, can you please have a look?

Sorry, my mistake, I published the crate from a new machine without proper crates.io credentials 🤦 . Fixed now!
