Rails is too good for going down
Describe the solution you'd like.
To change friction coefficient while going down, so you'll need to place energy rails to keep Minecart going. Also if it possible don't change anything with going up. Just down.
Describe alternatives you've considered.
Just to change iron ingots to iron blocks in rail recipe. That will make rails 9x harder to make, and partically solve problem of L1 public rails because of more resources required
