Spawns a pufferfish and mounts it on a passenger bone called "leash" (p_leash in the bbmodel) Sends a leash packet tied to the pufferfish and actually leashes the mob itself Pufferfish is needed because it isnt rendered otherwise

I have opened a Feature Request on this specifically but it takes months to even get a reply in them. So for now this is essentially what it would do i suppose
