/ignore only works after proxy switch #462

Describe the bug

/ignore only takes effect after a proxy switch

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Log onto Minehut
  2. Have someone /msg you (when private-messages are set to all)
  3. /ignore them (don't switch proxies yet)
  4. Have that same person /msg you again
  5. Then switch proxies, and have them /msg you (You won't see this one)

Expected behaviour

You won't see the first message they send to you, without having to relog.

That one talks about it not working in general, not them wanting to fix having to relog so it works. It's technically related to this, but this goes into more detail.
